This card appears to be for James Southernwood, born at Feering in 1867 but living most of his life in Little Tey. He married at Marks Tey in 1913, was in Severall’s Mental Hospital in 1921 and died in 1923. On this card J. Southernwood was living at Rices Cottages on London Road and paying contributions in November & December 1917. His wife and her son, Percy Mead, were at Rices Cottages in 1921.
