Description

Village Events. On 30 October 1999 Philip Copeman celebrated his 50th birthday with a surprise party. In November a memorial seat was placed in the churchyard in memory of Joan Slimmings. Noel King had carved an inscription on it and it was placed on a plinth made of bricks from the brickworks in Marks Tey. On 13 November a Quiz Night was held at St Andrew’s Church Hall.
