The Marks Tey Character Assessment supports the design and character policies progressed within the Marks Tey Neighbourhood Plan (2019). It is intended to be used by developers, architects, designers, planners and the local community to help ensure that all future development and change is not only of high design quality, but is also appropriate and complimentary to the distinct character of the local area, and records with the shared ‘vision’ for the future of the rural villages of Marks Tey and Little Tey.
