A reprinted article, first published on 22 August 1957. David Fenwick, director, was talking about what happens at Bypass Nurseries (then spelt as By-Pass Nurseries). There are photos of young Hungarian & Dutch members of staff. The firm were the largest grower of lobelia seeds in the world and the fact that their fields could be easily seen from road and rail journeys was good advertising.
