The front of this card shows the music for a Sevenfold Amen by J Stainer, belonging to J R Triphook (Joseph Robert Triphook D.D.) who was Rector of Little Tey from 1891 until 1906. It was one of a set of at least eleven. This other side of the card has the Dresden Amen arranged by J.S. (John Stainer).

It is part of the collection of old music and service sheets found in Little Tey church vestry.
