Description

An explanation of the background to the cookery book begun by Elizabeth Clay Fincham around 1883 and inherited by her daughter Elizabeth Grubb. Patsy Beech was given the book in the late 1960s by George Henry Grubb of The Crescent, Marks Tey. Patsy Beech has researched the history of the Fincham family who lived at The Croft, Long Green on the other side of the A12.
